Chef Tim Moore is crafting 4 complex dishes and our wine experts will compete for the best pairing. You will get to enjoy the 4 dishes + 8 wines (2 per dish), and you will also vote on your favorite pairings and determine who's pairings will triumph! Guaranteed to be fun and delicious.Sensory Adaptation Seminar&nbsp; 1 pm &amp; 3 pm seatings, $30/person &nbsp;Aileen Sevier, Master of Wine candidate and Early Mountain's Director of Marketing, for an enlightening participatory seminar on the underlying principles of food &amp; wine pairing. With a flavorful palette and five contrasting wines, we will explore the palate interactions in a fun and engaging way. This session will be offered twice at the Member's exclusive Harvest Festival.
